Roy is the partner-in-charge of Benefit Plan Services at Taylor, Perky & Parker. He administers qualified retirement plans for the firm and provides tax services for individuals, partnerships and closely held corporations.

With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, Roy launched his career in 1979. Prior experience includes staff positions in both the audit and tax departments of the national accounting firm of KMG Peat, Marwick and a management position in the tax department at Baird, Kurtz & Dobson.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Roy is also recognized as a Qualified Plan Administrator by the American Society of Pension Actuaries.
